Montezuma's Organic Dark - Peru
The organic cocoa we use is a blend of Trinitario and Criolla beans, best described as Ariba quality: that means the best of the very best! Our cocoa from Peru comes from a cooperative made up of many tiny plantations in the San martin and Huanuco region to the east of the Andes in the tropical lowlands. That description just wants you to dive in and experience the mystery of Peru.

Montezuma's Dark - Ecuador
This chocolate comes from the now rare Rios Arriba bean recognised as one of the finest varieties of cocoa in the world due to the intense concentration of flavour. The highest cocoa content has a soft and subtle flavour with just a touch of earthiness you may expect from such an aromatic and flowery variety. This chocolate just melts away and leaves you craving for the very last crumb in the carton!

Montezuma's Dark - Papua New Guinea
This cocoa comes from smallholder plantations in the Island Regions where the husbandry is uninhibitedly rural without a hint of intensive farming. Combined with uniquely rich and fertile soil the farmers proudly produce cocoa without comparison.  Made from only Trinitario beans, this chocolate has a distinctive smoky tobacco flavour that needs to be savoured and enjoyed in a darkened and private room so nobody can disturb the experience!

Montezuma's Milk - Venezuela
This chocolate has an unexpected cocoa taste with a subtle mix of roasted beans,nuts and vanilla. A blend of Criollo & Trinitario varieties make this a truly sensational chocolate experience. Try this alongside our other high cocoa content milk chocolate, "The Dark Side" to really experience the world of cocoa.

Montezuma's Milk - The Dark Side
Another unique bar boasting a massive 54% cocoa solids in a milk chocolate bar. This bar sits very comfortably somewhere on the dark side of any milk chocolate planet and will satisfy the most demanding chocolate lover. We call it sophisticated milk chocolate and have never had a customer say they didn't like this bar; well not to our face anyway!

Montezuma's Creamy White
In many ways white chocolate buyers are the most difficult to please. Some like it really sweet while others like a stronger milk and vanilla balance. We hope we have got this right and don't forget to keep an eye out for those black vanilla grains visible in the bar.
